Presentation from the meeting with updated comments
A meeting was held on Monday 18th March to discuss the publication of the FCA’s final report on their Wholesale Data Market Study and their decision not to consider regulation on pricing of data. The FCA have indicated a willingness to look at whether regulations can be improved through existing regulatory frameworks and have requested comment and feedback by the 12th April.
Attached is the updated presentation with comments from the above mentioned meeting captured, plus some additional offline feedback.
